【摘要】 针对经编企业生产和技术管理工作中的氨纶弹力布斑纹印质量难点，分析了由于坯布中氨纶纤维原料的存在而产生内应力，并且由于内部应力的变化导致卷轴内层线圈结构受到束缚。全文从疵点的具体表现与特征出发，展示了疵点的分布和数量，疵点形成的部位，以及工艺过程中遇到的难点。同时分析了轴底斑印形成的原理，以及如何利用隔离的方法有效取得理想的应对效果。结果表明，该研究可以为应对经编织造高端弹力布的质量难点问题提供良好的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the quality difficulties of axial internal speck on spandex elastic fabric in the production and technical management of warp knitting enterprises, this paper analyzed the internal stress caused by the existence of spandex fiber raw materials in gray cloth, and the inner loop structure of the reel is bound due to the change of the internal stress. Based on the specific performance and characteristics of defects, the distribution and number of defects, the formation of defects, and the difficulties encountered in the processing process were shown. In addition,the principle of the formation of the axial internal speck, and how to use the isolation method to achieve the ideal effect were analyzed. The results show that this study can provide a good solution to the quality problems of highend warp-knitted elastic cloth.更多还原
