【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure, working principle, application characteristics and application process of loose scouring and bleaching machine for weft knitted tubular cotton fabric, and discusses the key techniques of scouring and bleaching. It is pointed out that the scouring and bleaching machine has the advantages of good product quality and stability as well as energy saving and emission reduction of the open-width and flatwidth continuous scouring and bleaching method, and has the advantages of wide range of suitable fabrics and high degree of fabric relaxation for scouring and bleaching method on dyeing machine.更多还原
