植物中药抗菌防蛀芳香改性羊毛研制及应用

Preparation and Application of Wool Fibers of Antibacterial, Mothproof and Aromatic Function Modified by Plant Traditional Chinese Medicine

【摘要】 采用双氧水、蛋白酶对羊毛纤维进行前处理,再利用植物中药连翘、山豆根、石榴皮提取物以及桉叶精油微胶囊构成的组合物,对羊毛纤维进行抗菌、防蛀、芳香改性处理,测试改性羊毛纤维纵向形态、力学性能、吸湿性、抗菌、防蛀及芳香性能。结果表明:与未改性羊毛纤维相比,改性后羊毛纤维纵向表面鳞片钝化,趋于平滑,断裂强力下降3.8%,断裂伸长率减少7.5%,回潮率增大23.5%;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌率分别为99.67%和93.64%,水洗12次后抑菌率仍可达92.92%和82.02%,防蛀等级达1B,水洗12次后达3B级,改性羊毛纤维芳香气味浓郁,水洗9次后留香率为28%,水洗12次后留香率为8%。

【Abstract】 The wool fibers are pretreated by hydrogen peroxide and protease, which are then further treated by the mixtures of extracts of Weeping Forsythia, root of Subprostrate Sophora and Pomegranate Pericarp and microcapsules made by Eucalyptus leaf essential oil for antibacterial, mothproof and aromatic modification. The longitudinal morphology, mechanical properties, moisture absorption, antibacterial, mothproof and aromatic properties of the modified wool fiber are tested. The results show that compared with the unmodified wool fiber, the longitudinal surface of the modified wool fibers is passivated and tends to be smooth. The breaking strength is decreased by 3.8%, the elongation at break is decreased by 7.5%, and the moisture regain is increased by 23.5%.The antibacterial rates against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 99.67% and 93.64%, respectively.After 12 times of washing, the antibacterial rates can still reach 92.92% and 82.02%. The level of mothproof grade of modified wool fibers can reach 1B, and after 12 times of washing, it can still reach 3B. The modified wool fibers have strong aromatic odor, and the aroma retention rate is 28% and 8% after 12 times and 10 times of washing, respectively.
