【摘要】 为落实“生态文明”理念，河南省交通运输厅开展绿色生态文明示范路创建工作。研究绿色生态文明高速公路的总体目标和具体要求，并分析河南省已建成的绿色公路相关规范要求，构建出符合河南省绿色生态文明高速公路评价体系，其中一级二级三级指标分别为5个、12个、40个。由层次分析法确定体系的权重，运用模糊综合评价对河南省栾川至卢氏高速公路进行预测评价，评价结果为二星级绿色生态文明公路。这些经验和模式可复制、可推广，为河南绿色生态文明道路建设提供借鉴，促进绿色交通可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to implement the concept of "ecological civilization", the Department of Transport of Henan Province carries out the creation of green ecological civilization demonstration roads. This paper studies the general objectives and specific requirements of green ecological civilization expressway, and analyzes the relevant specifications of the completed green highways in Henan Province, and constructs the evaluation system of green ecological civilization expressway in Henan Province, in which the primary, secondary and tertiary indicators are 5, 12 and 40 respectively. The weights of the system are determined by hierarchical analysis method, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to predict and evaluate the Luanchuan to Lushi Expressway in Henan Province, and the evaluation result is two-star green ecological civilization highway. These experiences and models can be replicated and promoted to provide reference for the construction of green ecological civilization roads in Henan Province and promote the sustainable development of green transportation.更多还原
