【摘要】 朝医学具有悠久的历史和鲜明的民族特点，历代医家在充分吸收中医学理论基础上，流传下来《乡药集成方》《医方类聚》《东医宝鉴》《东医寿世保元》等多部朝医学巨著，千余首朝医古方，以“四象医学”理论为指导、以“象”为核心、以“药物归象、按象用药、辨象施治、随证加减”为原则的方药体系最具特色。近年来，国家出台了系列经典名方转化及开发的支持政策，为朝医药发展带来新的机遇。对朝医经典名方的筛选是朝医经典名方开发的首要任务，筛选策略主要包含以下几方面：第一，系统梳理朝医经典名著中的方剂，建立“朝医古方数据库”；第二，结合文献研究成果及名医临床实践经验，从“朝医古方数据库”中筛选符合国家经典名方转化要求的方剂；第三，遵从朝医学特点，按四象人特点分别整理四象方剂，形成朝医“四象经典名方”；第四，系统梳理“四象经典名方”现代研究成果，做好朝医经典名方开发计划。通过整理朝医经典著作及古方，“摸清家底”，从中筛选具有开发潜力的朝医经典名方，能够为开展系列朝医经典名方转化研究提供基础，加速经典名方转化上市，进而促进朝医学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Korean medicine has a long history and distinctive national characteristics. On the basis of fully absorbing the theories of traditional Chinese medicine, many great works of Korean medicine have been handed down from ancient times,such as the Xiang Yao Ji Cheng Fang, Euibangyoochui, Dongui Bogam, and Longevity and Life Preservation in Eastern Medicine. More than 1,000 ancient prescriptions of Korean medicine have been handed down too. Among of them, the system of prescriptions based on the theory of "Sasang medicine", the core of "image", and the principles of "medicine returning to image, using medicine according to image, treating according to image and adding or subtracting according to syndrome" are the most characteristic. Recently, the government has issued a series of support policies for the transformation and development of classic famous prescriptions. It brings new development opportunities for the development of Korean medicine. The selection of famous prescriptions is the primary task, and the selection strategy mainly includes the following aspects: First, systematize the prescriptions in the classic works of Korean medicine and establish the "database of ancient prescriptions of Korean medicine"; Second, by combing the literature research and famous Korean medicine doctors’ clinical practice experience to screening the prescriptions fit for the requirements of policies for the classic famous prescriptions from the "database of ancient prescriptions of Korean medicine". Third, according to the characteristics of Korean medicine, sasang prescriptions were sorted according to the characteristics of sasang people to form the "sasang classic prescriptions" of Korean medicine. Fourth,systematize the modern research results and make good plans for development direction of Korean classic prescription.Systematize the classic works and ancient prescriptions of Korean medicine, and screen the classic and famous prescriptions of Korean medicine which have potential for development, can provide a basis for the research on the transformation of the famous prescriptions of Korean medicine, and speed up the transformation of the famous prescriptions of Korean medicine into the market, further to promote the development of Korean medicine.更多还原
