【摘要】 铁屑五味汤是蒙药经典验方，由铁屑、诃子、栀子、黄柏以及川楝子五味药组成，具有清热、明目等功效，主治血热引起的眼病以及头疼。此方的组成药物中主要化学成分包括萜类、黄酮类、木脂素等。临床实践证明此药对干眼病、夜盲症等有一定的疗效。文章通过文献整理和归纳对铁屑五味汤进行了文献综述，以便为铁屑五味汤的进一步研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tiexie Wuwei Tang is a classic prescription of Mongolian medicine.It is composed of TIEXIE,CHEBULAE FRUCTUS,GARDENIAE FRUCTUS,PHELLODENDRI CHINENSIS CORTEX and TOOSENDAN FRUCTUS.It has the effects of clearing heat and brightening eyes.It is mainly used to treat eye diseases and headaches caused by blood heat.The main chemical components of this prescription contain terpenoids,flavonoids,lignans and so on.Clinical practice has proved that this medicine has a certain effect on dry eye disease and night blindness.This paper summarizes the literature of Tiexie Wuwei Tang through literature sorting and induction,so as to provide reference for the further research of Tiexie Wuwei Tang.更多还原
