【摘要】 新医科背景下如何培养具备岗位胜任力的高质量医学人才是医学高等教育的重要内容之一，因此，为培养不同领域的专业医学人才，使其更切合所学专业的特点，并适应未来职业发展需求，教学中应进行有针对性的“精准教学”，既包括课程内容设计的精准化，又包括教学模式和考核方式的精准化，从而达到精准化培养具备岗位胜任力的专业医学人才的目标。因此，教研团队以新医科岗位胜任力为导向，尝试探索医学免疫学精准教学的课程建设方式，并以抗体一章为例介绍具体方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under background of new medical science, how to train high-quality medical talents with post competence is one of important contents of medical higher education. In order to train professional medical talents in different fields, make them more suitable for characteristics of their majors, and adapt to needs of future career development, "precision teaching" should be carried out in teaching, including precision of course content design, teaching mode and assessment method, so as to achieve goal of cultivating professional medical talents with precision. Therefore, guided by competency of new medical posts, our teaching team try to explore precision teaching in course construction of Medical Immunology.
