【摘要】 光照治疗作为一种安全的物理治疗方法,已在精神卫生领域得到应用,并已被相关研究证实可有效改善抑郁情绪、睡眠障碍及认知功能。目前,光照治疗在职业卫生领域的应用仍处于起步阶段,相关研究报道较少。本文旨在对光照治疗的作用机制及其在精神卫生及职业卫生领域的应用现状进行总结,以期为促进职业人群的精神心理健康提供参考。

【Abstract】 As a safe physiotherapy, light therapy has been applied in the field of mental health and has been confirmed by relevant research to effectively improve depression mood, sleep disorders and cognitive function. The application of light therapy in the field of occupational health is still in its early stages, and there are relatively few research reports available. This article aims to summarize the mechanism of light therapy and its current application in the fields of mental health and occupational health. The goal is to provide insights that may contribute to promoting the mental health of working populations.
