冷水机组系统运行数据异常的检测与处理方法研究

【摘要】 本文采用局部离群因子(Local Outlier Factor,LOF)算法和基于平滑滤波器(Savitzky-Golay,S-G)进行数据降噪的方法,研究了如何获取冷水机组系统有效、可靠的运行数据。利用局部离群因子(Local OutlierFactor,LOF)算法和基于S-G滤波器进行数据降噪的方法。对上海某电子厂空调系统运行数据进行了处理,数据处理前后的对比分析结果表明,利用该方法可以获得冷水机组系统处于稳定运行状态下且降噪后的数据,该数据更加可靠且可用于冷水机组系统运行控制策略的制定。

【Abstract】 Local outlier factor(LOF) algorithm and the method of data noise reduction based on Savitzky-Golay filter is adopted in this paper to study how to obtain effective and reliable operation data of the chiller system.LOF algorithm and the method of data noise reduction based on S-G filter are used to process the operation data of the air-conditioning system of an electronic factory in Shanghai. The comparative analysis results before and after data processing show that the method can obtain the data of the chiller system in a stable operation state and after noise reduction, which is more reliable and can be used for the formulation of the operation control strategy of the chiller system.
