O2O课程融合课堂教学效果评价指标体系研究——基于创新型人才培养目标
Research on the evaluation index system of integrated classroom teaching effect of O2O courses:Based on the training objectives of innovative talents
【摘要】 基于创新型人才的内涵,立足于O2O课程融合课堂的教学环境,以教师的“教”与学生的“学”为有机整体,应用解释结构模型方法筛选出30个评价因素并构建了基于三层递推结构模型的课堂教学效果评价指标体系。该评价指标体系的最高层级因素为“教师教学”“O2O课堂融合教学”“学生学习”,第二层级因素为“教学设计”“教学过程”“教学理念”“教学内容”“教学手段”“学习过程”和“学习成果”,第三层级因素为“线下课堂‘问题’设计”等;并应用层次分析法为各层级及层级内各因素赋予权重。该评价指标体系凸显了以学生为中心的教学理念,强调了“教”和“学”互动中学生学习过程的重要性,具有一定的理论与实践意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the connotation of innovative talents and the teaching environment of O2O integrated classroom, and taking the "teaching" of teachers and the "learning" of students as an organic whole, we screened 30 evaluation factors and constructed an evaluation index system of a three-level recursive structural model by applying the interpretative structural model method. The primary factors are "teacher teaching", "O2O classroom integrated teaching", "student learning", the secondary factors are "teaching design", "teaching process", "teaching concept", "teaching content", "teaching means", "learning process" and "learning results", and the tertiary factors are "offline classroom problem design". We gave weight to each level and each factor within the level by combining the analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation index system highlights the student-centered teaching concept, emphasizes the importance of the interaction between "teaching" and "learning" in the learning process of students, and is of certain theoretical and practical significance.
