【Abstract】 In recent years, the incidence of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ECC) has been increasing annually. As a result of frequently invading adjacent structures, such as hepatic artery, hepatic vein, and portal vein, and low radical resection rate, the prognosis is poor. Even if radical resection is completed early, the 5-year survival rate is still less than 30%. At present, whether postoperative adjuvant therapy can improve the prognosis of ECC remains a research hotspot and a controversial point.
