【摘要】 目的 观察重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）辅助治疗对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月嘉兴市第二医院康复医学中心收治的脑卒中后伴吞咽功能障碍患者40例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各20例。两组患者均实施精准化吞咽治疗，观察组在此基础上行患侧高频rTMS治疗。治疗前及治疗1个月后行吞咽造影检查，采用Rosenbek渗漏-误吸等级量表和标准化吞钡造影功能障碍评价量表（MBSImP）评估患者的吞咽功能。结果 两组患者治疗后的Rosenbek渗漏-误吸等级和MBSImP评分较治疗前均有所改善，且观察组上述量表等级或评分优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论 rTMS辅助治疗对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍疗效较显著，可以减少其进食中的误吸，提高进食的有效性和安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on dysphagia in stroke patients. Methods Forty patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation Medical Center of Jiaxing Second Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected, divide into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received precise swallowing treatment, while the observation group received high-frequency rTMS treatment on the affected side. Before treatment and one month after treatment, swallowing examination was performed, evaluating the swallowing function of patients using the Rosenbek leakage misaspiration scale and the modified barium swallow impairment profile(MBSImP). Results After treatment, the Rosenbek leakage aspiration level and MBSImP score of the two groups of patients improved compared to before treatment, and the observation group had better scales or scores than the control group, with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05). Conclusion The auxiliary treatment of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation has a significant effect on dysphagia in stroke patients, which can reduce the aspiration during eating and improve the effectiveness and safety of eating.更多还原
