【摘要】 目的 观察麝香通心滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的疗效。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月金华市人民医院收治的CHF患者100例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各50例。对照组口服沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片，观察组采用麝香通心滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。两组治疗周期12周。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）和左心室收缩末期内径（LVESd）]，比较两组患者明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷（MLHFQ）评分、6 min步行试验（6MWT）距离及血清N末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平。结果治疗12周，观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组；两组患者LVEDd、LVESd、MLHFQ评分、NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前，而LVEF、6MWT距离高于治疗前；观察组LVEDd、LVESd、MLHFQ评分、NT-proBNP水平低于对照组，而LVEF、6MWT距离高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。结论 麝香通心滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对CHF患者疗效显著，患者心功能改善，血清NT-proBNP水平降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with Sacubatrovalsartan in treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods One hundred patients with CHF admitted in Jinhua People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. Patients in study group were treated with Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills and Sacubatrovalsartan, while those in control group were treated with Sacubatrovalsartan alone. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indexes(LVEDd, LVESd,LVEF), MLHFQ, 6MWT and serum NT-proBNP levels of the two groups were compared. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group. The LVEDd, LVESd, MLHFQ score and serum NT-proBNP level were decreased, and LVEF and 6MWT were increased compared to those before treatment in both groups; the LVEDd, LVESd, MLHFQ score and NT-proBNP level were lower, LVEF and 6MWT were higher in study group than those in control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill and Shakubatrovalsartan has a significant efficacy in treatment of CHF patients, the cardiac function of the patients is significantly improved, and the serum NT-proBNP level is significantly reduced.更多还原
