【Abstract】 A 28-year-old male patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia was treated with haploid transplantation after a complete response to chemotherapy. Pulmonary infection developed during transplantation, which had a poor curative effect with multiple antibiotics. A variety of microbiological tests were tried to identify pathogen but got nothing. At last pulmonary Aspergillus infection was confirmed through pathological examination, and the infection was controlled with AmB.更多还原
