基于RFID技术的实验室危险化学品管理探索

【摘要】 随着高校“双一流”建设的不断深入和“新工科”建设的实施,实验室使用的危险化学品种类和数量逐年增加,由此引发的实验室安全事故时有发生。为了保证实验教学科研活动的正常进行,确保师生的人身安全,文章提出了建设实验室危险化学品智能管理平台,引进最先进的RFID技术、“互联网+”智能锁,探索一套适合高校实验室危险化学品全生命周期管理的有效途径,结果表明:该平台实现了可追溯的动态电子台账、智能预警、批量盘点、快速清点回收废瓶,为提升高校实验室危险化学品管理水平提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the deepening construction of “double first-class” in colleges and universities and the implementation of the construction of “new engineering”,the types and quantities of hazardous chemicals used in laboratories are increasing year by year. The accidents occur in the laboratories from time to time.In order to ensure the normal progress of experimental teaching,scientific research activities and ensure the personal safety of teachers and students,it was proposed to build an intelligent management platform for laboratory hazardous chemicals,and explore a set of effective ways suitable for the whole life cycle management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories by introducing the most advanced RFID technology and “Internet +” smart lock. Therefore,a traceable dynamic electronic ledger was established to realize intelligent early warning,batch inventory,rapid inventory and recycling of waste bottles. It provided reference for improving the management level of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories.
