离子掺杂钒酸铋的制备及其光催化性质研究
Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of Ion-doped Bismuth Vanadate
【摘要】 以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和NH4VO3为原料,采用水热合成法制备钒酸铋,同时制备La3+掺杂以及La3+、Er3+掺杂的BiVO4光催化材料,采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜进行表征复合材料。通过研究对罗丹明B降解率,评定La3+单掺杂以及La3+、Er3+共掺杂的BiVO4光催化性能。掺杂的BiVO4复合催化剂的光降解效率明显提高,最佳条件下的降解率,La3+掺杂是86%,La3+、Er3+共掺杂是90%。
【Abstract】 La3+ prepared by hydrothermal method and La3+ and Er3+ doped bismuth vanadate matrix composite photocatalytic materials. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), were used for characterization. The photocatalytic activity of La3+ doped and La3+、Er3+co-doped BiVO4 composite catalysts was studied with Rhodamine B as the target degradation material. Results show that the doping modification of catalyst degradation rate: the La3+ doping the degradation rate was 86%, La3+/Er3+ doped degradation rate was 90%.
