萘酰亚胺类荧光探针金属离子荧光体系的构建
Construction of Metal Ion Fluorescence System for Naphthalimide Fluorescent Probe
【摘要】 随着工业废水排放问题社会关注度的提升,近几年检测金属离子的研究也愈发受到关注。人体正常生命活动需要多种金属元素的协同,但过量的金属元素将会对人的健康造成巨大的威胁。铁是人体必须的金属元素,与多种生理活动有密不可分的关系,如免疫及各种催化反应,但过量的铁摄入会导致铁中毒。铝被应用于污水处理、食物加工等方面,但过量的铝会使人发生一系列的代谢紊乱,加速衰老,并对脑细胞造成损伤。因此为确保人民的人身安全和身体健康,设计制备一种反应灵敏,高响应,使用方便,反应时间短的用于金属离子检测的探针是十分必要的。
【Abstract】 The research on the detection of metal ions has attracted more and more attention in recent years with the increase of social attention on the issue of industrial wastewater discharge.The normal life activities of human body need the coordination of various metal elements,but excessive metal elements will cause great threat to human health.Iron is an essential metal element in the human body and is closely related to various physiological activities,such as immunity and various catalytic reactions.However,excessive iron intake can lead to iron poisoning.Aluminum is used in sewage treatment and food processing,but excess aluminum can cause a series of metabolic disorders,accelerate aging and damage brain cells.Therefore,in order to ensure people’s personal safety and health,it is very necessary to design and prepare a sensitive,high response,easy to use and short reaction time probe for metal ion detection.
