苯乙基间苯二酚/烟酰胺/海茴香提取物经皮共输送纳米载体美白功效研究

【摘要】 研究苯乙基间苯二酚/烟酰胺/海茴香提取物经皮共输送纳米载体(Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs)的体外透皮性能和美白功效。皮肤渗透实验结果表明,活性成分经纳米载体包裹后具有良好的皮肤透过性及皮肤储留能力。细胞功效实验结果表明,与游离活性成分比较,Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs显著抑制酪氨酸酶活性,减少黑色素生成,降低ROS水平,效果优于同剂量游离成分组。研究表明,Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs作为新型美白功效原料具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 To investigate the in vitro transdermal performance and whitening efficacy of Phenylethyl Resorcinol/Nicotinanide/Crithmum Maritimum Extract Whitening Co-delivery Nanocarriers(Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs).The experimental results of skin permeation showed that the active ingredients had good skin permeability and skin storage capacity after wrapped by nanocarriers.Cellular efficacy experiments showed that Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs significantly inhibited tyrosinase activity,reduced melanogensis,decreased ROS levels compared to the free active ingredient group with the same dose.The study indicated that Phe/Nic/Cri-NCs have good application prospects as novel whitening efficacy ingredients.
