关于二氧化碳化工利用技术研究进展与应用前景的思考
Research Progress and Application of Chemical Utilization Technology of Carbon Dioxide
【摘要】 二氧化碳转化为高价值化学品的研究一直是人们研究的热点。本文针对二氧化碳转化利用研究开展综述,重点介绍了二氧化碳加氢制甲醇、以二氧化碳为氧化剂制合成气和二氧化碳环加成的反应过程和相关机理;对比了二氧化碳转化技术特点和研究方向;指出了拓宽二氧化碳制品类型、最佳反应路径选择、高效催化剂的筛选或设计、催化机理是当前研究的主要问题,以及工程应用发展稍有落后,需要依托大力发展碳捕集、绿电、绿氢的支撑。
【Abstract】 The conversion of CO2 into high-value chemicals has always been a hot research topic.This paper reviews the research on the conversion and utilization of CO2 and focuses on the reaction processes and related mechanisms of hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol,syngas production using CO2 as oxidant and the cycloaddition of CO2.The technical characteristics and research direction of the conversion of CO2 were compared.It is pointed out that broadening the types of CO2 conversion products,optimal reaction path,selection or design of high efficiency catalysts,catalysis mechanism are the main problems in current research,and the engineering application development is a little backward,which needs to rely on the development of carbon capture,green electricity and green hydrogen.
