【摘要】 中国共产党从成立之日起，就坚持把为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴作为初心使命，带领中国人民为摆脱贫困、改善最广大群体的福祉进行了长期艰苦奋斗。以李大钊、陈独秀、瞿秋白等人为代表的早期中国共产党人，在充分吸收和借鉴马克思主义反贫困理论的基础上，以争取民族独立、谋求国家富强为奋斗目标，从社会制度、国际环境、生产关系等角度剖析了近代中国积贫积弱的原因，并结合近代中国的基本国情，主张通过改变国家制度、加强社会组织与提升人力资本等来改变贫困状况。中国共产党早期的反贫困思想与实践，充分彰显了马克思主义理论的强大生命力，开辟了马克思主义反贫困理论中国化的历史进程。中国共产党早期反贫困思想不仅为中国特色反贫困理论的形成提供了思想源泉，也为当今中国反贫困政策的制定和实践提供了宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since its founding, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has been committed to seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation, and has led the Chinese people to carry out a long and arduous struggle to get out of poverty and improve the well-being of the broadest masses. The early Chinese Communists, represented by Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu, Qu Qiubai and others, took national independence and prosperity as the goal based on studying the Marxist anti-poverty theory. By analyzing the reasons for poverty and weakness in modern China from the perspectives of social system, international environment, and production relations, they advocated alleviating poverty through the establishment of State-led anti-poverty system, strengthening social mutual assistance, and the enhancement of human capital in light of the basic national conditions of modern China. The early anti-poverty thought and practice of the CPC fully revealed the strong vitality of the Marxist theory and initiated the historical process of sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty theory. It has provided not only ideological source for the formation of anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics, but also valuable experience for the formulation of anti-poverty policies and its practice in China today.更多还原
