【摘要】 党史教育与高职思想政治理论课具有很强的耦合性，二者思想贯通、内容契合、相互促进。把党史教育融入高职思想政治理论课教学，既是政策要求，也是广大思政课教师肩负的使命职责，十分必要。当前党史教育融入高职思想政治理论课，较突出的问题是：党史教育机械性融入的现象常见，融入的个性需求差，实效性有待提高。为此，教师需要在教学过程中，明确融入目标，形成教育合力；满足个性化需求，重构教学内容；注重融入方法的多样性，增强教学效果；加强教育培训，提升教师素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Party history education and ideological and political theory classes of higher vocational colleges have a strong nature of coupling, and the two have coherent ideas, compatible contents and mutual promotion. It is necessary to integrate Party history education into the teaching of ideological and political theory class in higher vocational colleges, which is both a policy requirement and a mission responsibility of the teachers of this subject. At present, the commonly-seen problems with integrating Party history education into higher education ideological and political theory courses are its inconsideration of the individual needs, which results in a mechanical integration of Party history education and its ineffectiveness.
