【摘要】 以“职业培训、社区教育、终身学习服务、为中小微企业技术改造与创新、产品开发、技术创新成果转移转化等提供支持”为主要内容的技术服务和社会服务是高职院校服务区域经济建设的时代要求，但目前高职院校教师在适应技术服务和社会服务的要求中存在对相关政策跟踪不及时、内生动力不足等问题。通过梳理高职院校教师技术服务和社会服务的支持政策，分析当前政策存在的不足，并为高职院校高质量发展提出支持政策的对策建议，能够为高职院校教师提供良好的制度环境，激励教师开展技术服务和社会服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technical and social services with the main content of vocational training, community education, lifelong learning service, and support for small, medium and micro enterprises technological transformation and innovation, product development, transfer and transformation of technological innovation achievements are the requirements of the times for higher vocational colleges to serve regional economic construction. However, the teachers in higher vocational colleges have some problems such as low ability and low average amount of service to adapt to the requirements of technical service and social service.
