面向现场工程师培养的高职工程教育适应性困境、取向与路径
Adaptability Dilemma, Orientation and Path of Higher Vocational Engineering Education for Field Engineer Training
【摘要】 《关于实施职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划的通知》是我国职业教育政策文本首次提出工程师专项培养理念。高职工程教育兼具职业教育类型特征、高等教育层次属性和工程教育专业特质。面向现场工程师培养,高职工程教育需直面人才供需的结构性矛盾、价值地位的认同性不足、产教融合的有效性不足、数字化转型的协同性不足等现实困境,把握目标适应性取向、价值适应性取向、产业适应性取向、技术适应性取向,优化顶层设计、保障精准供给,强化类型特征、提升价值认同,深化产教融合、促进科教融汇,聚焦数智协同、推进专业改造,增强职业教育适应性,实现职业教育高质量发展,为推动中国式现代化贡献高职智慧与工程力量。
【Abstract】 The special training plan of the field engineer is the first time to put forward the special training of the engineer in our vocational education policy. Higher vocational engineering education has the characteristics of vocational education type, the attributes of higher education level and the specialty of engineering education. For field engineer training, higher vocational engineering education should be based on the structural contradiction of talent supply and demand, the lack of recognition of value status, the lack of effectiveness of production-education integration, the lack of synergy of digital transformation and other practical difficulties, grasp the target adaptability orientation, value adaptability orientation, industrial adaptability orientation,technical adaptability orientation, optimize the top-level design to ensure accurate supply.Strengthen the type characteristics to enhance the value identity, deepen the integration of production and education to promote the integration of science and education, focus on the number of wisdom to promote professional reform, enhance the adaptability of education, achieve high-quality development, to contribute higher vocational wisdom and engineering strength to promote the Chinese modernization.
