不同种源防风种子质量分析
Quality Analysis of Saposhnikovia divaricate (Turcz.) Schischk. Seeds from Different Provenances
【摘要】 对不同种源防风种子的长、宽、千粒重、发芽势、发芽率、出苗率、成苗率进行室内和田间试验统计,并进行方差分析,最后通过隶属函数法对各种源的种子质量进行综合评价分析。结果表明,在种子长度、宽度、千粒重、种子发芽势等各项指标值野生种源较大的是内蒙古额尔古纳市陈巴尔虎旗哈吉嘎查种源和内蒙古额尔古纳市室韦镇临江村种源,栽培种源较大的是内蒙古赤峰市敖汉旗敖吉村种源和河北省张家口市蔚县吉家庄镇种源。研究表明,栽培种源种子长度、宽度及千粒重、田间成苗率及出苗率间,均显著高于野生种源;经隶属函数对野生种源与栽培种源防风种子质量综合分析得出,野生种源种子质量最好的为内蒙古额尔古纳地区的种源,栽培种源种子质量最好的为内蒙古赤峰地区的种源。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, the seed length, seed width, 1 000-seed weight, germination potential, germination rate, emergence rate and seedling rate of different provenances of Saposhnikovia divaricate(Turcz.) Schischk. were analyzed by indoor and field experiment statistics and variance analysis. Finally, the membership function method was used to evaluate the seed quality of various provenances. The results showed that in the index values of seed length, width, 1 000-seed weight and seed germination potential, the larger wild provenances were provenances Haji Gacha, Chenbarhu Banner, Erguna City, Inner Mongolia, and Linjiang Village, Shiwei Town, Erguna City, Inner Mongolia, while the larger cultivated provenances were provenances Aoji Village, Aohan Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, and Jijiazhuang Town, Weixian County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Study indicated that the seed length, width, 1 000-grain weight, seedling formation rate and seedling emergence rate of cultivated seeds were significantly higher than those of wild seeds. According to the comprehensive analysis of the quality of wild and cultivated Saposhnikovia divaricate(Turcz.) Schischk. seeds by membership function, the best quality of wild seeds was provenances from Erguna region of Inner Mongolia, and the best quality of cultivated seeds was provenances from Chifeng region of Inner Mongolia.
