国外种质对玉米禾谷镰孢茎腐病与穗腐病的抗性鉴定与分析
Identification and Analysis of Foreign Maize Germplasms for Resistance to Fusarium Stalk Rot and Fusarium Ear Rot
【摘要】 为了筛选抗玉米茎腐病、穗腐病的玉米种质资源,2020—2022年连续3年对225份国外玉米种质资源禾谷镰孢菌引起的玉米茎腐病、穗腐病进行抗性鉴定和评价。结果表明,有12份资源对玉米镰孢菌腐病抗性较好,25份资源对玉米镰孢穗腐病抗性较好,分别占总数的5.3%和11.1%,玉米茎腐病在3年间综合抗性的r值依次为-0.056、-0.230、-0.110,说明不同环境对镰孢菌茎腐病的抗性反应有差异;玉米穗腐病在3年间综合抗性的r值依次为0.065、0.024、-0.187,表明玉米禾谷镰孢穗腐病的抗性受环境因素影响相对较大。
【Abstract】 In order to screen out the maize germplasm resources resistant to fusarium stalk rot and fusarium ear rot, continusly from 2020 to 2022, the 225 foreign naize germplasms with maize fusarium stalk rot and fusarium ear rot resulted from fusarium graminae were identificated and evaluated. The results showed that 12 germplasm resources with high resistance to fusarium stalk rot and 25 germplasm resources with high resistance to fusarium ear rot were screened, accounting for 5.3% and 11.1% respectively. The r values for comprehensive resistance of maize stalk rot among 3 years were-0.056,-0.230 and-0.110, respectively, indicating that the resistance reaction to fusarium stalk rot exhibited differences among different environments. The r values for comprehensive resistance of maize fusarium ear rot among 3 years were 0.065, 0.024 and-0.187, respectively, indicating that the environments had a relatively great influence on fusarium ear rot resistance in maize.
