【摘要】 目的 探讨CAS-KIT液压提升法与冲顶提升法（骨凿法）在上颌窦内提升术中的应用效果。方法 收集上颌窦内提升并同期完成种植的58例患者，其中30例采用CAS-KIT液压提升法，28例采用冲顶提升法，比较两组术后骨高度及骨提升幅度，记录黏膜穿孔数、感染数、植体脱落数、修复前ISQ值等指标，进行统计学分析。结果 CAS-KIT液压提升组术后骨高度及骨提升幅度大于冲顶提升组（P <0.05）；两组黏膜穿孔率、术后感染、修复前ISQ值、植体脱落率、总并发症率等方面无统计学差异（P> 0.05）。结论 CAS-KIT液压提升法和冲顶提升法均可以取得较好的临床效果，而前者在骨提升幅度方面更具优势，且能降低患者术中的不适感，预期性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effects of CAS-KIT hydraulic lifting method and punch lifting method(bone chisel method) in maxillary sinus lifting surgery. Methods A total of 58 patients with maxillary sinus augmentation and implantation simultaneously were collected. Among them, 30 cases were treated with CAS-KIT hydraulic augmentation and 28 cases were treated with punch top augmentation.The postoperative bone height and bone elevation of the two groups were compared, and indicators such as mucosal perforation, infection, implant detachment, and ISQ value before restoration were recorded for statistical analysis. Results The postoperative bone height and elevation amplitude of the CAS-KIT hydraulic lifting group were greater than those of the punch lifting group(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of mucosal perforation rate, postoperative infection, ISQ value before repair, implant detachment rate, and total complication rate(P >0.05). Conclusion Both the CAS-KIT hydraulic lifting method and the punch lifting method can achieve good clinical results, while the former has more advantages in bone lifting amplitude, and can reduce patients’ discomfort during surgery, with good predictability.更多还原
