【摘要】 目的 分析儿童癫痫撤药后复发的影响因素，为儿童癫痫临床撤药提供参考依据。方法 选取2016年9月—2021年9月本院诊治的118例拟撤药癫痫患儿为研究对象，对撤药后患儿进行1年追踪随访，统计患儿撤药后病情复发情况，并分析影响患儿撤药后复发的因素。结果 经1年追踪随访，拟撤药癫痫118例患儿中，癫痫复发儿童36例，占比30.51%，作为复发组；癫痫未复发儿童82例，占比69.49%，作为未复发组。单因素分析，性别、起病年龄、撤药年龄与儿童癫痫撤药后复发无相关性（P>0.05）；家族史、治疗前发作频率、治疗控制期、治疗早晚、达控时间、发作类型、既往史、停药速度、联合用药是儿童癫痫撤药后复发的影响因素（P<0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示，有家族史、治疗前发作频率>1次/d、部分性发作类型、有既往史、停药速度<6个月、有联合用药是影响儿童癫痫撤药后复发的危险因素（P<0.05）。结论 有家族史、治疗前发作频率>1次/d、全面性发作类型、有既往史、停药速度<6个月、有联合用药是影响儿童癫痫撤药后复发的危险因素，应对该危险因素的采取综合预防措施，降低儿童癫痫撤药后复发风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the factors affecting relapse after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy, and to provide reference for clinical drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy. Methods From September 2016 to September 2021, 118 children with epilepsy to be withdrawn were studied in our hospital. After drug withdrawal, the children were followed up for 1 year, the recurrence of the disease was analyzed, and the factors affecting the recurrence of the children after drug withdrawal were analyzed. Results After 1 year follow-up, among the 118 children with epilepsy to be withdrawn, 36 cases, accounting for 30.51%, were taken as the recurrence group, 82 cases(69.49%) of the children with no recurrence were taken as the group without recurrence. By univariate analysis, there was no correlation between gender,age of onset and age of withdrawal and relapse after withdrawal of epilepsy(P> 0.05); Family history, frequency of seizures before treatment, period of treatment control, morning and evening of treatment, time to reach control, type of seizures, past history, speed of drug withdrawal and combination of drugs were the influencing factors for relapse after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy(P< 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family history,frequency of seizures before treatment >1 time/day, type of partial seizures, previous history,speed of drug withdrawal<6 months, and combination of drugs were risk factors for relapse after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy. Conclusion Have family history, frequency of seizures before treatment >1/d, type of generalized seizures, history, speed of drug withdrawal<6 months,and combination of drugs are risk factors for relapse after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy. Comprehensive preventive measures should be taken to reduce the risk of relapse after drug withdrawal in children with epilepsy.更多还原
