【摘要】 目的 研究半髋关节置换治疗老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效，并分析相应指标情况。方法 样本来自2018年8月-2020年8月在本院进行手术治疗的老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者，共计60例。分组策略为患者自愿选择手术方式，并据此划分为2组，实验组、对照组各30例，分别实行髓内钉固定术和半髋关节置换术，对比两组患者髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率、手术指标和疼痛情况。结果 在手术指标的统计中了解到实验组表现最佳；在术后的并发症统计中对照组发生人数较多；对比两组患者髋关节功能评分显示，实验组总优良率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（76.67%）；实验组和对照组在治疗前疼痛无明显区别（P>0.05），治疗后实验组患者的疼痛缓解程度比对照组优异，有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 半髋关节置换术应用在老年不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者中能够提高患者髋关节功能，术后疗效显著，值得在临床上进一步推广实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical effect of half-hip arthroplasty in treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of elderly and analyze corresponding indicators. Methods The paper chose 60cases elderly with unstable intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020, and divided them into two groups according to voluntary choice of surgical methods, experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group respectively, treated with intramedullary nail fixation and half hip replacement respectively. Hip joint function scores, complication incidence, surgical indicators and patient pains were compared between two groups. Results Experimental group performed better in statistics of surgical indicators; postoperative complications statistics showed, there were more patients in control group; hip joint function scores comparison between two groups showed, total excellent and good rate of experimental group(96.67%) was significantly higher than control group(76.67%);there was no significant difference in pains between experimental group and control group before treatment(P>0.05), pain relief degree in experimental group was better than control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Half hip arthroplasty can improve hip function of of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur, with significant postoperative effect, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.更多还原
