切削力在线测量系统刀柄结构设计

【摘要】 在刀柄上直接嵌入或沉积薄膜传感器是实现在线测量切削力的有效方法之一,研究了螺钉紧固与法兰结构刀具系统,建立了10种刀杆截面图谱;螺钉紧固结构截面采用阶梯赛车道方案,在相同条件下,该结构输出电压是初始结构的2倍;法兰结构截面采用四面凸台方案,建立了刀具模型各分段长度与初始惯性矩的关系;利用ABAQUS对这两种结构进行了有限元仿真,螺钉紧固结构刀杆截面处应力是初始刀杆的两倍,法兰结构的应变分布关于形变中性层对称,结果表明两种结构均可提高测力系统输出特性。

【Abstract】 It is one of the effective methods to measure cutting force on-line by directly embedding or depositing thin film sensors on the tool system.The screw fastening and flange structure are mainly studied,kinds of tool bar cross-section shape maps are established.The cross-section of the screw fastening structure adopts the ladder track scheme.Under the same conditions, the output voltage of the tool system is twice that of the initial tool structure; The flange structure adopts four convex platforms section.The relationship between the length of each segment and the initial moment of inertia in the tool model of flange structure is established.The finite element simulation of screw fastening and flange force measuring system is carried out by ABAQUS.Research shows that the stress at the cross section of the bolt fastening structure is twice that of the initial tool bar, and the strain distribution is symmetrical about the deformation neutral layer in the flange structure force measuring.Structures can improve the output characteristics of the force measuring system.
