成型滚刀误差对谐波齿轮大变位柔轮精度影响
Influence of Forming Hob Error on Accuracy of Large Modified Flexspline of Harmonic Gear
【摘要】 开展成型滚刀误差引起谐波齿轮大变位柔轮加工误差的仿真计算,定量分析滚刀误差对柔轮几何精度的影响,以更好地控制滚齿精度而提高柔轮的加工质量。建立综合考虑滚刀齿形误差、切削刃螺旋线误差和滚刀径向圆跳动误差的成型滚刀误差模型,进行大变位柔轮滚齿仿真及理论加工误差计算,分析滚刀误差对大变位柔轮齿形误差、基节误差的影响。经研究发现,滚刀切削刃螺旋线误差引起的柔轮齿形误差和基节误差均较大,引起的基节误差值与滚刀切削刃一转内螺旋线误差值大致相同;滚刀齿形误差和径向圆跳动误差对柔轮基节误差影响非常小,滚刀径向圆跳动误差引起的柔轮齿形误差平均值约为滚刀跳动值的40%。
【Abstract】 The simulation calculation of the machining error of the large modified flexspline of harmonic gear caused by the error of the forming hob is carried out, and the influence of the hob error on the geometric accuracy of flexspline is quantitatively analyzed, so as to better control the hobbing accuracy and improve the machining quality of flexspline.The error model of forming hob is established by comprehensively considering the tooth profile error, the helix error of the cutting edge and the radial run-out error of the hob.The hobbing simulation and the theoretical machining error calculation of the tooth surface are carried out for the large modified flexspline.The influence of hob error on the tooth profile error and base pitch error of large modified flexspline is analyzed.It is found that: the tooth profile error and the base pitch error of flexspline caused by the helix error of cutting edge of the hob are larger, and the base pitch error value is roughly the same as the inner helix error value of one turn of the cutting edge of the hob; The tooth profile error and radial run-out error of hob have little effect on the base pitch error of flexspline, and the average tooth profile error of flexspline caused by radial run-out error is about 40% of the run-out value of hob.
