【摘要】 获得性大疱表皮松解症是以全身散发性水疱和黏膜糜烂为主要表现的罕见自身免疫性疾病,创面综合管理通过用药护理、创面护理、预防损伤、营养支持及合并症护理等方法促进创面愈合,减轻患者不适症状,提高患者生活质量。该文从获得性大疱表皮松解症的分型、创面评估工具、影响创面愈合的因素、创面综合管理方法进行综述,旨在为完善国内相关研究及提高护理实践质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita is a rare autoimmune blistering disease with bullae formation on the skin and erosions on the mucous membranes. Integrated wound management promotes wound healing,reduces patient discomfort,and improves patient quality of life through medication care,wound care,injury prevention,nutritional support,and comorbidity care.This paper reviewed the staging of epidermolysis bullosa acquisita,wound assessment tools,factors affecting wound healing,and integrated wound management methods,with the aim of providing a reference for improving related research and improving the quality of nursing practice in China.更多还原
