【Abstract】 The article takes Shanghai as an example and conducts on-site interviews and research on important entities in various links of the food waste composting industrial chain from the perspective of the industrial chain, in order to understand the difficulties and causes faced in the promotion process of food waste composting, and proposes countermeasures such as transforming the food waste disposal strategy, improving incentive policies, strengthening industrial cooperation and integration, and guiding enterprises to transform their business models.更多还原
