【摘要】 为解除我国铬化工行业可持续发展的资源环境技术瓶颈,本研究团队提出了“源头减量、过程控制、末端回收、政策指引”的创新思路,集成国内优势科技资源,开发了新型无钙焙烧核心技术、多介质铬资源回收技术、铬盐生产全过程固废就地转化利用技术,通过持续联合攻关,建立了铬化工生产过程污染物源头减排与高效治理综合利用集成技术,并完成了应用转化。

【Abstract】 In order to lift the resource and environmental technology bottleneck for the sustainable development in the chromate industry in China, an innovative approach of "source reduction, process control, terminal recovery, and policy guidance" was proposed. By integrating domestic advantageous technological resources, several key technologies were developed, including a new calcium-free roasting method, chromium recovery through multiple mediums, and in-situ transformation of solid waste in chromate production. Technologies including source emission reduction, efficient treatment and comprehensive utilization of the hexavalent chromium containing pollutants from the chromium chemical production process were integrated through continuous joint research. The application of the integrated technology was also completed.
