应急照明灯具驱动方案的比较研究
The Comparative Investigation of Drive Schemes for Emergency Lighting Fixtures
【摘要】 应急照明灯具种类繁多,应用场景覆盖广泛,应急照明灯具的驱动设计,需要充分考虑体积大小、转换效率、安规、成本、布线和故障排查等多方面因素。不同应用场景的应急照明灯具,对驱动选型的要求各不相同,给应急照明灯具驱动电路设计带来了一定的挑战。为提升应急照明灯具驱动电路设计效率,增强应急照明灯具驱动方案的针对性,改善应急照明灯具的电气性能,本文研究了不同驱动方案对应急照明灯具性能的影响,探讨了应急照明灯具驱动在功率因数校正电路(PFC)、电压转换电路、电源输出类型、故障诊断等软硬件等方面的主要差异,分析和总结适用于不同应用场景的应急照明灯具驱动方案的特点。
【Abstract】 There are many types of emergency lighting fixtures, covering a wide range of application scenarios, and the drive design of emergency lighting fixtures should fully consider many factors such as size, conversion efficiency, safety regulations, cost, wiring, fault diagnosis, etc. Emergency lighting fixtures in different application scenarios have different requirements for driver selection, which brings certain challenges to the design of the driver circuits for emergency lighting fixtures. In order to improve the design efficiency of emergency lighting fixture drive circuit, enhance the pertinence of emergency lighting fixture drive scheme, and improve the electrical performance of emergency lighting fixture, this paper investigates the influence of different drive schemes on the performance of emergency lighting fixtures, discusses the main differences in software and hardware such as power factor correction circuit(PFC), voltage conversion circuit, power output type, fault diagnosis, etc., and analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of emergency lighting fixture drive scheme suitable for different application scenarios.
