【摘要】 N~6-甲基腺苷(m~6A)修饰是表观遗传修饰的重要形式之一,可动态地调控肿瘤的发生发展。肿瘤微环境(TME)是肿瘤恶性生物学特性得以维持的“温床”,也是免疫治疗的关键靶点。表观遗传治疗和免疫治疗开拓了肿瘤治疗的新领域,是目前研究者密切关注的热点。近年来,m~6A修饰在TME中的调控作用也得到了广泛的剖析。文章就m~6A修饰与TME的研究进展进行概述,从m~6A修饰和TME互作的角度为基于精准表观遗传学标志和免疫治疗靶点的肿瘤个体化治疗提供新策略。

【Abstract】 Modification of N~6-methyladenosine(m~6A), as an important form of epigenetic modification, can modulate the genesis and development of tumor dynamically, while tumor microenvironment(TME) acts as a hotbed of maintaining the malignant biological characteristics of tumor. Epigenetic therapy and immunotherapy have opened up the novel realm of cancer therapy,becoming the closely focused filed by scholars. The modification of m~6A in the TME has been widely investigated, recently. This review will summarize the advances of the modification of m~6A in TME,aiming to provide novel strategies for the individualized therapy based on the combination of precise epigenetic biomarkers and immunotherapeutic targets in the perspective of the modification of m~6A and TME interactions.
