【摘要】 目的:探讨内翻推顶手法配合小夹板外固定治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的治疗技巧并分析其临床疗效。方法:选取儿童桡骨颈骨折患者23例，采用内翻推顶手法配合小夹板外固定治疗，维持了骨折的复位，取得了良好的疗效。结果:23例患者均获随访，随访时间为6～36个月，中位数为14个月。骨折均顺利愈合，愈合时间为3～6周，中位数为5周。根据Metaizeau评价标准判定疗效。23例术后影像学随访结果提示骨折端均获得骨性愈合，其中21例为优，2例为良；未出现骨骺早闭、桡骨头缺血性坏死、尺桡关节融合等并发症。功能恢复：22例为优，1例为良，优良率为100%。结论:内翻推顶手法配合小夹板外固定治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折，临床疗效确切，患者痛苦少，接受度高，是一种值得推广的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment techniques and analyze the clinical efficacy of the inversion pushing technique combined with small splint external fixation for the treatment of radial neck fractures in children.Methods:23 children with radial neck fractures were selected and treated with inversion pushing technique combined with small splint external fixation, which effectively maintained the reduction of the fractures and achieved good function.Results:All 23 patients in this group were followed up for 6-36 months, with a median of 14 months.The fractures all healed smoothly, with a healing time of 3-6 weeks and a median of 5 weeks.The therapeutic effect was determined according to the Metaizeau evaluation criteria.The postoperative imaging follow-up results of 23 cases showed that bone healing was achieved at the fracture ends, with 21 cases being excellent and 2 cases being good.There were no cases of complications such as premature closure of the epiphyses, ischemic necrosis of the radial head, or fusion of the ulnar radial joint.Functional recovery: 22 cases were excellent, 1 case was good, and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion:The combination of inversion and pushing technique with small splint external fixation for the treatment of radial neck fractures in children has a definite clinical effect, minimal patient pain, and high acceptance.It is a treatment method worth promoting.更多还原
