【摘要】 目的:观察乳香黄芪散对冻结肩患者手法松解术后疗效的影响。方法:选取行手法松解术治疗的冻结肩患者80例，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组行常规西医治疗，观察组口服乳香黄芪散治疗3周。治疗前及治疗后评价两组中医症候积分、活动度、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、客观肩关节估值及总优良率情况。结果:纳入统计77例，观察组38例，对照组39例。治疗后两组中医证候积分均显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组活动度均明显提高，且观察组改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS疼痛评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、客观肩关节估值均明显改善，且观察组改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总优良率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳香黄芪散能促进冻结肩患者肩关节手法松解术后症状缓解及功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Ruxiang Huangqi powder on the postoperative efficacy of manipulation in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:80 patients with frozen shoulder treated by manipulation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with oral Ruxiang Huangqi powder for 3 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, range of motion, visual analogue scale(VAS) pain score, Constant-Murley score, subjective shoulder value and total excellent and good rate were evaluated before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment.Results:A total of 77 cases were included, including 38 cases in the observation group and 39 cases in the control group.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly decreased, and observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The range of motion in both groups was significantly improved after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS pain score, Constant-Murley score and subjective shoulder value were significantly improved in both groups after treatment, and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruxiang Huangqi powder can promote the functional recovery of patients with frozen shoulder after manipulation of the shoulder.更多还原
