纳米晶体稳定性影响因素及稳定化措施研究进展
Research Progress on Influencing Factors and Stabilization Measures of Nanocrystals
【摘要】 纳米晶体是指粒径小于1μm的药物晶体颗粒,较小的尺寸以及独特的物理化学性质有效地改善了药物溶解度低和生物利用度低的问题,使纳米晶体技术在新型制剂研发方面极具潜力。然而由于纳米尺寸带来的稳定性问题限制了基于纳米晶体技术产品的市场开发。深入了解影响纳米晶体稳定性的因素,并借助不同技术手段提高体系的稳定性,对纳米晶体技术的进一步发展具有重要意义。本文就纳米晶体的制备方法、影响纳米晶体稳定性的因素及可采取的稳定化措施进行总结,以期为纳米晶体的稳定性方法提供参考。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystals refer to drug crystal particles with particle size of less than 1μm. The smaller size and unique physicochemical properties effectively improve the problems of low drug solubility and low bioavailability, which makes nanocrystals technology have great potential in the development and research of new formulation. However, the stability issues due to the nanometer size limit the market development of products based on nanocrystalline technology. It is of great significance for the further development of nanocrystal technology to deeply understand the factors affecting the stability of nanocrystals and improve the stability of the system with different technical means. In this paper, the preparation methods of nanocrystals, the factors affecting the stability of nanocrystals and the stabilization measures that can be taken are summarized, in order to provide a reference for the stability methods of nanocrystals.
