【摘要】 目的：对中医类医院运营效率进行分析与评价，为改进和提高中医类医院运营效率和优化资源配置提供实证依据。方法：运用三阶段DEA模型对2020年中医类医院相关数据进行分析处理，在随机前沿分析（SFA）中剔除各省（直辖市、自治区）的环境变量和随机干扰等误差项后，计算其综合技术效率（TE）、纯技术效率（PTE）和规模效率（SE）。结果：通过三阶段DEA模型分析，中医类医院的TE、PTE、SE值分别为0.771、0.865、0.896。调整后各地区中医类医院TE均值排序：华中（0.924）>华东（0.887）>华南（0.853）>西南（0.804）>西北（0.739）>华北（0.609）>东北（0.530）。结论：中医类医院整体运营效率有了一定程度的提升，超过半数的地区处于规模报酬递增趋势，少部分地区呈递减趋势。但是区域性差异明显，各地区之间发展不均衡，技术提升对全要素生产率的提高有着巨大影响。需要在现有效率优势的基础上更加注重发展质量、逐步优化外部环境、统筹区域协调发展，进一步提高中医类医院的运营效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and evaluates the operation efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) hospitals, and provide an empirical basis for improving and enhancing the operational efficiency and optimizing resource allocation of TCM hospitals. Methods:A three-stage DEA model was applied to analyze and process the data related to TCM hospitals in 2020, and their combined technical efficiency(TE), pure technical efficiency(PTE), and scale efficiency(SE) were calculated after excluding error terms such as environmental variables and random disturbances in each province(municipality and autonomous region) in stochastic frontier analysis(SFA). Results:The TE, PTE, and SE values of TCM hospitals were 0.771, 0.865, and 0.896, respectively, by three-stage DEA model analysis. adjusted mean TE values of TCM hospitals in each region were ranked as follows: Central China(0.924) > East China(0.887) > South China(0.853) > southwest China(0.804) > Northwest China(0.739) > North China(0.609) > Northeast(0.530). Conclusion: The overall operational efficiency of TCM hospitals has improved to some extent, and more than half of the regions are on the trend of increasing scale compensation, while a small number of regions are on a trend of decreasing.
