【Abstract】 The establishment of the emergency command system for public health emergencies in hospitals is not only an important task to improve the disease prevention and control system, but also a national strategy and its own governance. Taking the practice of Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH) in the past two years as an example, the authors described the organizational structure, operation model, and system characteristics of the emergency command system for public health emergencies established at the hospital, and put forward suggestions on conflicts in medical service, resource allocation, traceability, and staff compliance.更多还原
