【摘要】 基础设施是城市运行的基础，对城市居民生活有至关重要的影响。新时期城市发展理念要求基础设施建设转向高质量发展及以人民为中心。从传统基础设施建设面临的问题、时代背景与当前机遇出发，以建筑学视角对基础设施建设展开讨论，从规划与布局、设计与建设2个层面提出了基础设施建设的设计原则，总结出增强开放性、体验性、文化性、社会性与生态性4种设计策略，并结合实际案例开展论证，以期为基础设施设计与研究提供理论依据与实证参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Infrastructure is the foundation of urban operation and has a crucial impact on urban residents’ lives. The concept of urban development in the new era requires infrastructure construction to shift to high-quality development and people-centeredidea. Based on the problems, background and current opportunities of traditional infrastructure construction, this paper discusses infrastructure construction from the perspective of architecture. This paper puts forward the design principles of infrastructure construction from two aspects of planning and layout, design and construction, summarizes several design strategies such as enhancing openness, experience,culture, sociality and ecology, and demonstrates them with practical cases, so as to provide theoretical basis and empirical reference for infrastructure design and research.更多还原
