基于模糊控制的悬浮转子感应加热方法
A method of induction heating for suspended rotor based on fuzzy control
【摘要】 针对真空悬浮金属球转子在启动后升温缓慢、热平衡所需时间长的问题,提出了一种基于模糊控制的金属球转子感应加热方法。首先,分析了通过在真空悬浮转子外部施加旋转椭圆磁场,对转子进行感应加热的机理,并推导了零施矩感应加热的条件。其次,通过建立以转子转速为反馈的闭环控制,利用模糊控制算法调整两路正弦控制信号的相位差,实现零施矩感应加热快速提高转子温度。最后,对所提方法进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,加热阶段恒速控制精度优于0.02 r/s,转子从室温升至工作温度的热平衡效率提升75%以上。所提方法在保证真空悬浮转子恒速控制精度的条件下,显著缩短了转子热平衡时间,可为工程应用提供参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at solving the problem of inefficient thermal equilibrium of the suspended metal rotor in vacuum after start-up, a method of induction heating based on fuzzy control is proposed. Firstly, the mechanism of induction heating of the suspended rotor in vacuum by applying a rotating elliptic magnetic field outside the rotor is analyzed, and the null-torque induction heating condition is derived. Secondly, by establishing a closed-loop control with rotor speed as feedback and adjusting the phase difference of two sinusoidal control signals by fuzzy control algorithm, the null-torque induction heating is realized to rapidly heat the rotor up. Finally, the proposed method is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the rotor speed control accuracy is better than 0.02 r/s during the heating stage, and the thermal equilibrium efficiency increases by more than 75% when the rotor’s temperature rises from the room temperature to the operating temperature. The proposed method can significantly shorten the time of the rotor’s thermal equilibrium under the condition of ensuring the control accuracy of the spinning speed of the suspended rotor,and can provide references for engineering applications.
