【摘要】 应激性心肌病的发生多与情绪激动或精神压力有关，多发生于绝经期女性。主要表现为一过性左心室功能受损，数周或数月后可恢复，预后好。本例患者为75岁女性，在起搏器术后出现急性心功能不全，冠状动脉造影未见狭窄病变，超声心动图及心脏磁共振成像提示心尖部运动消失，左心室射血分数下降，初步诊断为应激性心肌病，给予改善心功能治疗后3周复查，患者左心功能完全恢复，复查超声心动图提示心尖部室壁运动正常，应激性心肌病诊断明确。应激性心肌病虽然罕见，但可为绝经后女性起搏器植入后出现左心衰竭的潜在并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a kind of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy often appearing after a stressful event. We described a case of acute heart failure shortly after pacemaker implantation in a 75-year-old female. Echocardiography showed apical hypokinesis with reduced ejection fraction. Coronary angiography showed no coronary artery stenosis. Patient was diagnosed as Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. Three weeks later, echocardiography showed normal ventricular wall-motion and normal left ventricular function. Cardiologists should recognize that Takotsubo cardiomyopathy might be a possible complication of permanent pacemaker implantation.更多还原
