马铃薯新品种京张薯3号的选育

【摘要】 京张薯3号是以844作母本、Saturna作父本配制杂交组合,通过多代鉴定筛选,经系谱法选育而成的马铃薯新品种。该品种属中晚熟鲜食型品种,生育期92 d。株型半直立,茎色绿,叶色绿。花冠颜色白色,花冠形状近五边形。薯块茎型卵圆形,薯皮、薯肉颜色中等黄色,芽眼浅,表皮光滑。单株结薯数4.3个,单株结薯质量0.79 kg,大中薯率81.2%。667 m2产量2 384.3 kg。块茎干物质含量(w,后同)19.7 g·100 g-1,淀粉含量14.4 g·100 g-1,还原糖含量0.35 g·100 g-1,蛋白质含量2.10 g·100 g-1,维生素C含量31.6 mg·100 g-1。中抗晚疫病;对马铃薯轻花叶病毒病、马铃薯重花叶病毒病表现为抗病。适宜在河北北部、内蒙古、山西、陕西等北方一季作区种植。2021年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2021)130076。

【Abstract】 The new potato variety Jingzhangshu No.3(Mid-late fresh consumption)was selected from the hybrids with844(female)and Saturna(male)by Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2011. It was developed by pedigree method after successive generational selection and identification. Its plant type is semi-erect with green stems and leaves, and the growth period of the variety is 92 days. The corolla is white color and nearly pentagon in shape.The tuber of the variety is oval shape with smooth light medium yellow skin, medium yellow flesh and shallow bud eyes. The number and the weight of tubers per plant are 4.3 and 0.79 kg respectively. And the rate of commercial tubers is 81.2%.The average yield is 2 384.3 kg per 667 m2. The dry matter content of the tubers is 19.7 g · 100 g-1, while starch content,reducing sugar content, crude protein content and vitamin C content are 14.4 g · 100 g-1, 0.35 g · 100 g-1, 2.10 g · 100 g-1and31.6 mg · 100 g-1respectively. The variety is moderate resistant to late blight, while it is resistant to light mosaic virus and heavy mosaic virus. This variety is suitable for planting in northern Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi and other northern mono-harvesting farmlands. It was registered as GPD Potato(2021)130076 through the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China for non-major crop varieties in 2021.
