【摘要】 目的 评价空气净化消毒机对支气管镜室空气净化及其内部消毒的效果。方法 通过检测空气中颗粒物浓度，观察空气净化消毒机（试验组）和自然通风（对照组）的空气净化效果；采用细菌培养的方法，观察空气净化消毒机内部消毒效果。结果 试验组支气管镜操作后诊疗区域空气中PM_1.0～3.0、PM_3.0～5.0颗粒物浓度分别为（3 687.4±359.9）、（385.0±46.6）个/m³,较操作前有不同程度降低；对照组支气管镜操作后诊疗区域空气中PM_1.0～3.0、PM_3.0～5.0颗粒物浓度分别为（4 340.5±375.5）和（432.9±51.2）个/m³,较操作前有不同程度增加；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。空气净化消毒机消毒30 min的杀菌率达98%。结论 空气净化消毒机对支气管镜室的空气净化效果及其内部消毒效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of air purification and disinfection machine on air purification and internal disinfection in bronchoscopy room.Methods By detecting the concentration of particulate matter in the air, the air purification effects of air purification and disinfection machine（experimental group） and natural ventilation（control group） were observed; the bacterial culture method was used to observe the internal disinfection effect of air purification and disinfection machine.Results In the experimental group, the concentrations of PM_1.0～3.0 and PM_3.0-5.0 particles in the air of the treatment area were（3 687.4±359.9） and（385.0±46.6） particles/m³ respectively after bronchoscopy, which were lower than those before bronchoscopy.In the control group, the concentrations of PM_1.0～3.0 and PM_3.0～5.0 particles in the air of the treatment area after bronchoscopy were（4 340.5±375.5） and（432.9±51.2） particles/m³ respectively, which were higher than those before bronchoscopy.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.The sterilizing rate of air purification and disinfection machine reached 98% after disinfection for 30 min.Conclusion The air purification and disinfection machine has a good effect on air purification and internal disinfection.更多还原
