【摘要】 目的 了解某医院骨科清洁手术患者的手术部位感染(SSI)现状及危险因素。方法 对某医院2020年1—12月骨科Ⅰ类切口清洁手术患者实施SSI目标性监测，将可能影响SSI的危险因素，如性别、年龄、手术类型和手术持续时间等12项变量进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析，分析发生SSI的相关危险因素和独立危险因素。结果 814例骨科清洁手术患者中发生SSI共9例，感染率为1.11%。年龄、手术类型、手术持续时间、住院天数和麻醉风险(ASA)评分为骨科患者发生SSI的相关危险因素，而性别、手术持续时间和ASA评分为发生SSI的独立危险因素(OR=7.011、21.913和69.953,P<0.05)。结论 该医院发生骨科清洁手术SSI感染率较低，有多种感染危险因素，通过实施目标性监测能发现主要危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status and risk factors of surgical site infection(SSI) among patients undergoing orthopedic cleaning operations in a hospital.Methods From January to December in 2020,a targeted surveillance on surgical site infection of clean surgery in Orthopedic department was carried out, and the SSI risk factors such as gender, age, type of operation, duration of surgery and anesthesia grading, ASA score, hospitalization days, preoperative hospitalization days, the surgeon title 12 variables were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results 814 patients undergoing orthopedic cleaning surgery were included in this study, among which 9 patients developed SSI and the infection rate was 1.11%.Age, type of surgery, duration of surgery, length of hospital stay, title of surgeon and ASA score were risk factors, Multivariate logistic regression showed that gender, duration of operation, and ASA score were independent risk factors for SSI.Conclusion The SSI in orthopedic clean surgery is low in the hospital, and the main risk factors can be found through the implementation of targeted monitoring.更多还原
