【摘要】 目的 了解妇女儿童专科医院住院患者医院感染现状，为加强防控措施提供针对性指导建议。方法 通过回顾性调查方式，对某妇女儿童专科医院患者医院感染现状进行调查与分析。结果 2018—2020年共调查该医院患者206 759例，发生医院感染1 326例次，医院感染例次发病率为0.64%。妇产科和儿科患者的医院感染率分别为0.21%和1.47%。医院感染部位以下呼吸道为主，占28.28%;其次为血液系统、上呼吸道和口腔，分别占16.59%、12.44%和8.97%。感染病原体分别为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌和口腔/缓症链球菌，分居前5位。感染患者抗菌药使用率为65.84%。结论 该妇儿医院患者医院感染率在控制范围，应重点关注新生儿科和儿童血液科患儿血液系统感染的防控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection of inpatients in a women’s and children’s hospital, and to provide targeted guidance and suggestions for strengthening prevention and control measures.Methods The status of nosocomial infection in a women’s and children’s hospital was analyzed by retrospective investigation.Results 206 759 patients were investigated in this hospital from 2018 to 2020,1 326 cases of nosocomial infection occurred, and the incidence of nosocomial infection cases was 0.64%.The nosocomial infection rates of obstetrics and gynecology patients and pediatrics patients were 0.21% and 1.47%,respectively.The main site of nosocomial infection was lower respiratory tract, accounting for 28.28%;the blood system, upper respiratory tract and oral cavity accounted for 16.59%,12.44% and 8.97%,respectively.The top 5 pathogens of infection were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Enterococcus faecalis,and Streptococcus oral/mitis,respectively.The use rate of antibiotics in infected patients was 65.84%.Conclusions The nosocomial infection rate of patients in this women’s and children’s hospital is within the control range, and attention should be paid to the prevention and control of blood system infection in neonatology department and children’s hematology department.更多还原
