【摘要】 目的 探讨预见性护理在老年患者骨折后便秘中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2022年9月九江市中医医院住院的60例老年患者骨折术后卧床便秘者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组患者均采用电子艾灸仪进行治疗,以2周为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。治疗期间对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,比较两组患者护理前后便秘评分量表(Wexner)评分、Bristol粪便性状量表(BSFS)评分、便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分指标及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后的Wexner评分、BSFS评分、PAC-QOL评分、护理总满意度指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年患者骨折后便秘应用预见性护理,提升了患者的护理满意度,改善了临床症状,提高了患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in elderly patients with constipation after fracture. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients hospitalized in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to September 2022 who were bed-bound and constipated after fracture surgery were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with electronic moxibustion apparatus, with 2 weeks as a course of treatment, a total of 1 course of treatment. During treatment, the control group was given orthopedic routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing. The scores of constipation score scale(Wexner), Bristol stool form scale(BSFS), patient assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL) and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results The Wexner score, BSFS score, PAC-QOL score and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve nursing satisfaction, improve clinical symptoms and the quality of life of elderly patients with constipation after fracture.更多还原
