功能磁共振成像技术在重复经颅磁刺激治疗强迫症中应用的研究进展
Research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation
【摘要】 强迫症(OCD)是一种严重的精神疾病,患病率高且常规治疗效果欠佳。重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)作为一种无创的神经调控治疗方法,在强迫症的治疗中有很大的潜力。近年来,功能磁共振成像(f MRI)技术凭借着可以反映不同脑区的功能活性及脑区间功能连接(FC)的独特优势,逐步应用于强迫症的生理机制探索中,为进一步阐明强迫症在r TMS治疗前后的脑功能连接变化提供重要信息,本文对f MRI在强迫症及r TMS在强迫症的研究进展作一综述,旨在为今后强迫症的症状评估和精准治疗提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) is a serious mental disorder with a high prevalence and poor response to conventional treatment. Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(r TMS), as a noninvasive neuroregulatory therapy, has great potential in the treatment of OCD. In recent years, functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI) technology has been gradually applied in the exploration of the physiological mechanism of OCD due to its unique advantages of reflecting the functional activity of different brain regions and the functional connection(FC) between brain regions, providing important information for further elucidating the changes of FC in OCD before and after r TMS treatment. This paper reviews the research progress of f MRI in obsessive-compulsive disorder and r TMS in obsessive-compulsive disorder, aiming to provide new ideas for symptom evaluation and precise treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in the future.
