【摘要】 目的 探究更年期多学科综合管理门诊干预在更年期女性中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月至2020年9月广东省江门市妇幼保健院收治的500例更年期女性患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（250例）和对照组（250例），对照组实施常规干预，观察组采用更年期多学科综合管理门诊干预。两组患者均在干预前后采用Kupperman症状积分（KMI）、正性负性情绪量表（PANAS）、更年期生存质量量表（MENQOL）及更年期女性患者满意度调查问卷进行效果评价。结果 干预前，两组患者的KMI评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者的KMI评分低于干预前，且观察组患者的KMI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者的正性情绪评分、负性情绪评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者的正性情绪评分高于干预前，负性情绪评分低于干预前，且观察组患者的正性情绪评分高于对照组，负性情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者的血管舒缩症状、生理状态、心理状态及性生活评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，两组患者的血管舒缩症状、生理状态、心理状态及性生活评分均低于干预前，且观察组患者的血管舒缩症状、生理状态、心理状态及性生活评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 更年期多学科综合管理门诊可有效改善女性更年期症状，增强正性情绪，减少负性情绪，提高其生活质量及满意度，值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of interdisciplinary comprehensive management outpatient intervention in menopausal women. Methods A total of 500 menopausal female patients admitted to Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangdong Province from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group(250 cases) and control group(250 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received multidisciplinary comprehensive management outpatient intervention. Both groups were evaluated with the Kupperman menopansal scale(KMI), positive and negative affect scale(PANAS), menopause-related quality of life(MENQOL) and menopausal female patient satisfaction questionnaire before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in KMI score between the two groups(P >0.05). After intervention, the KMI score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention, and the KMI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences the positive emotion score and negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the positive emotion score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention, and the negative emotion score was lower than that before intervention, and the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Before intervention,there were no significant differences in vasomotor symptoms, physiological status, psychological status and sexual life scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the vasomotor symptoms, physiological state, psychological state and sexual life scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the vasomotor symptoms, physiological state, psychological state and sexual life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Menopause multidisciplinary comprehensive management clinic can effectively improve menopausal symptoms, enhance positive emotions, reduce negative emotions, and improve their quality of life and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
